A Kiwi Treehouse


July 23, 2010 In a Redwood forest near Auckland, New Zealand hides a beautiful crysalis treehouse created out of sustainable pine, poplar slats and reclaimed redwood. The original design by Pacific Environment Architects, Ltd has won multiple awards; the Redwoods Treehouse was started as a restaurant and the space is now available to rent out for events.

Well Played It Was

Kevin Harris' debut show this past Friday was filled with talent, passion and lots of fans. Absolute Vinyl, a local Boulder vintage bookstore and record shop, set the scene for the venue complete with classic records to drool over and a disco ball to dance with. The house was packed, jamming to a grassroots yet polished soundtrack by Daniel Byers and eyeballing Harris' playful and clever artwork—e-mail us for prices and availability.

Radical Radial Bracket Poster

Hyperakt, a NYC design studio, has created a beautiful visual bracket to celebrate the 2010 World Cup. The design starts with all eight groups in the outer ring- as teams advance in the tournament they move towards the middle of the bracket and the coveted title of world champion. Kickstarter is sponsoring the project and should enough backers support it, the design will be completed as the tournament plays out and distributed as a high quality poster.
